We are passionate about promoting a lifetime of fitness and believe that CrossFit provides a solid foundation of fitness.

Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play sport. Our Kidz programme takes those principal movements and incorporates them into our classes across all ages in a fun way, so that they want to do it!

Sarum Kidz combines the basics of gymnastics and functional movement patterns to develop strength, fitness, flexibility and co-ordination within the CrossFit domain. It is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, we have specifically designed our programme to cater to the neurological, cognitive and motor developmental needs of children resulting in good quality, functional movements in children.

Our fully qualified and experienced Kidz coaches will ensure your child learns the best techniques safely and effectively.
