NEW TO CROSSFIT?
Well, first you will have to complete the Fundamentals Course (also known as ‘On Ramp’). This course is designed to cover the basic principles of CrossFit and runs over one weekend. The Saturday will give you the chance to complete the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit and Sunday will cover gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting.
The course is also a time to get to know the coaches, meet other like minded people & to help you find the right exercises progressions when starting the classes.
If you can’t commit to one weekend don’t worry, we also offer fast track options so just ask for more details.
